Eligibility for Returns: We have a 14-day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging..
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at myserenityjewellery@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return in approved, your will receive instructions on how to send your item back to use. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item.
