We hope you adore your serenity ring just as much as we do. However, should you need to return your order, we're more than happy to accept it, in accordance with our refunds and returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns: We have a 14-day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging..
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at myserenityjewellery@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return in approved, your will receive instructions on how to send your item back to use. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
